Cancel anytime

Canceling is as easy as signing up

Bought on the web: sign in to your account page and choose Manage or cancel. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Bought in the App Store: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose GridReady, and cancel.

Bought on Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose GridReady, and cancel.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not give refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under Apple's policy. Google Play purchases are refunded by Google under Google's policy.

After you buy

How to unlock the app after buying

Your GridReady account and subscription live on the website. Sign in to the app with that account and everything you paid for is unlocked, on iPhone or Android.

  1. Create your account on gridready.org.
  2. Subscribe. Pick a plan and check out. Payment is handled by Stripe.
  3. Install GridReady from the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Sign in to the app with the same account you created on the website.
  5. Still locked? Sign out and sign back in, or contact support with the email on your account.
